Ghospell x Nata Giveaway

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions apply to Ghospell x Nata Concept Store Giveaway organised by Sister Jane UK Limited ("Ghospell") and Nata Concept Store Ltd ("Nata Concept Store") running from April 29th to May 5th 2026("The Competition").
Sister Jane UK Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 7529595 and registered office at 36 Golborne Road, London W10 5PR. 
Nata Concept Store Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13718085 and registered office at C/O Tfa, Bloxham Mill, Barford Road, Bloxham, United Kingdom, OX15 4FF.
By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to UK residents only. The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Ghospell or Nata Concept Store may ask you, at any stage, to provide the proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. Anyone professionally associated with the Competition is ineligible to enter. 

THE COMPETITION ENTRIES

All entries must be submitted on Ghospell x Nata Concept Store collaboration post on Instagram. Entries must be made between April 29th - May 5th 2026 to be valid. Entries after the closing date will not be considered. There is no cost to enter the Competition, and no purchase is required. THE WINNER

Winner will be selected at random by Ghospell and Nata Concept Store and the winner will be contacted via direct messages on Instagram. If Ghospell or Nata Concept Store have not received response from the winner within 24 hours, the prize will be passed to another successful applicant. Ghospell and Nata Concept Store reserves the right to publish the name and/or country of residence of the winner on any of Ghospell or Nata Concept Store social media channels and/or website. In addition, and in relation to the prize, the winner might need to submit additional information in order to redeem the prize. Ghospell and Nata Concept Store reserves the right to disqualify the winner if the winner do not provide the necessary additional information.

THE PRIZE

The Competition prize is £100 gift card valid on ghospell.com and selection of candles from nataconceptstore.com worth £100. Prize is non-transferable, non-returnable and no cash or other alternative to the prizes are available in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Ghospell and Nata Concept Store reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Should any duty be due at receipt, it will be the responsibility of the winner to pay these according to the instructions provided by the courier to customs authorities. Failing to pay the relevant duties, If due, may result in the prize being not delivered, destroyed or sent back by customs authorities and Ghospell and Nata Concept Store shall be liable for any costs or loss incurred as a result.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Ghospell and Nata Concept Store will only use the personal details supplied for the running of the Competition and for no other purpose unless we have your explicit consent. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. Ghospell and Nata Concept Store may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. The decision of Ghospell and Nata Concept Store shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
